TO/GA Takeoff!

This was the plane involved in the January 5, 2024 door plug blowout incident.

this was exactly one year before i flew this aircraft from BZN to MSP!

I just love the growl sound these engines produce! I hope the next generation of Rolls Royce engines and new engines from other makers keeps this sound.

when that plane was running on the runway for takeoff the engine was humming in second octive E.

Nowadays, they only let children or close loved ones of airline employees into the cockpit.

I didn’t know Ethiopian airlines does flights within Scandinavia.

I once flew into runway 24L as well as 24R was closed. Now 24L is closed instead. Imagine if both were closed at the same time.

Alaska almost reminds me of New Zealand, except most of New Zealand doesn’t get snow.

I had only experienced a go-around once in real life. I have yet to experience a rejected takeoff, though it happened twice to planes that were departing right in front of me.

I forgot 27R is used for that ridiculous 270-degree circle to fly south of the airport before heading northeast.

Departing on a heavy from Home is always nice when you are heading overseas for a wonderful trip.
