It does. This 30+ hp engine is a totally different powerplant than the old gokart engine, and so much easier to install. I only rewelded the exhaust header to give the pipe proper angle. Just to avoid cutting the cage. 👍

Thx! Yea, this old gokart engine really works perfect for this rig. Enough torque to make it fun, but not extreme to ruin the transmission and driveline. Insane amount of work, but totally worth it! I had two, but this one, and the Grave Digger one, is the same rig. I converted it to the Grave Digger with an ALX Super85.

Too much power for this truck ... you're liable to bust something on every run :) These trucks are more show pieces than anything in my opinion. It's too heavy and some of the drivetrain components a bit small / weak for anything more than a Taylor 50CC and even that engine is busting bits out of the drivetrain. The best option I've found is the GP460 HO engine Primal and Taylor offer. 46CC based on a CY engine; has much more power than the stock engine but not enough to tear the drivetrain to pieces.

The Super85 takes no prisoners... And the more parts we blow up, the larger the need for upgrades is. It is big and heavy, and it needs some modifications. But I love it! The feeling of 46kg and +30hp is just insane. Thx 4 watching! 👍

Probably, but it's just in the first testing yet... and the engine has'nt ran more than maybe 20 minutes so far. It will open up more, and then we will see what explodes first.... 😂 I'm also being extremely careful with the power, and not sending it from a standstill to save the drivetrain and axles.

Thanks for the reply!! I bought a taylor 80cc engine for my v3 raminator actually hope to fire it up for the first time tomorrow!! Just trying to figure out which wire to connect to the coil using the stock remote kill I can't find any info on that so I guess I'll have to do it by trial and error lol

Then you will have 3 times as much power as I do with mine! Good luck, and make sure you have 1000% control over the steering servos temperature. If they don't line up perfectly, they will burn. There are several Facebook groups only for this truck where you can get help. Just think of the killswitch as a second kill button. It should act the same way

@@PickupMupp thanks for the info. I figured out the remote kill. And yeah I set the end points for my steering servos and one started getting really hot so I went back and realigned them so they seem to be ok for now lol
