No don’t do that they are just saying that but maybe the facts are different never drop your phone if it does not convert to normal lock you will have a broken back glass which will be hurdle . Tbh there is not a way to do that if you somehow unlock sim then it will be considered jv in jv it will be non pta then you have to convert it into pta . But if the phone is jv you will first need the jv chip for it to be used . So its a complex mechanism
