I am not First Nation. I come from a very kind and loving family in Quebec and I find myself also very kind and loving, but because of stuff that happened in my youth (and some terrible life choices) I lack confidence in myself. Since I started watching this video yesterday, I thought long and hard about the positive and the negative wolves. I think this is helping me change my perspective on life. Yes I know. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to tape him here in my tiny town in the middle of no where, one camera, ambient audio in the basement of a hotel... I just taped it, and actually have improved the audio considerably. You are right though.

I eat Dr Praegers all American vegan organic burgers with like only 3 ingredients. I need the protein. And I disagree it's the same thing as the Standard American diet because the rest of what I eat is basically kale, Spinach, arugula, tomatoes, mushrooms avocado, Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc. No comparison. I'm lean as can be and Only work out twice a week due to time constraints. Blood work numbers are phenomenal.

I was invited to participate to a sweat lodge ceremony, several years ago with the British Columbia Sto:lo Nation. It was one of the most purifying experience of my life. We were encouraged to last as long as we could inside the lodge, then go out and dip into a nearby creek which waters were cold. Then, back into the lodge. We did that a few times and the feeling at the end was one of extreme fatigue but incredible well-being. I will never forget this incredible experience and highly recommend it.

Most of the victims do not want revenge. They are more New Testament christians or traditional worldview folk. They do want real reconciliation, retribution, and all of the recommendations implemented. This video was produced from a weekend conference on trauma, no script prior to the taping. It is really worth watching.

I wish I could find romaine that doesn’t die. Most of the packages around here the leaves are broken, turning black around the breaks, and the base and spines are already turning pink, even when the use-by date is still a week or more away.

I don't know you so I can just wonder if you live somewhere you can grow things. We have a long winter here so I switch to greens grown during our short summer and frozen, or sprouted things to get that fresh feeling. Having access to the same greens all year round is a very modern thing, a very privileged thing.
