My son had leaps like that! Not sure if he still does or not. He took a year off, grew like 6” and only taps now. He also used to tease his dance friends with the Kazotsky kicks. I say tease because they couldn’t do them and he could do them like easily.

i want to be able to run 7 miles daily without worry of my back, lately i avoid it,because my lower back does not feel the best, based on research my understanding is that being able to do this dance will strengthen the muscles needed to support my back,i also had a thought that anyone who can do this dance can run at least 7 miles in one hour (another goal of mine) i wonder if thats true? ,i want to do this dance BADLY,,but wow do i feel useless, just tried and my body says NO NO,NO,NO,all the running for the past 2 years and trying this is like "am i a couch potato,,or what""amazing ,wow!! i want this BAD,, i hope i get the fortitude to keep trying until i get it!!

He talks about strengh in calves... What he doesn't mention is the sheer cardio ability needed to not get winded. Forget it if you're a smoker! 🚭 😅

Thank you so much. You really helped me. It took me about a month to learn, and I keep practicing every day, even in my school. I, and ever since I've watched you. I keep doing better and better each day. Thank you so much for helping me do the squat dance. I know a real name of it it, but thank you so much. 😀
