What can be replace eggs?
@cookiecoco75926 ай бұрын
Hi Creaminess is result of eggs But i did try ice cream using kishta cream ,whipping cream and condensed milk instead of eggs Recipe I tried I tin of nestle kista cream 200 ml whipping cream 1 tin condensed milk And instant cofee powder Mix all ingredients in a mixer Keep the base in freezer for couple of hours and then churn in ice cream maker! I have tried same recipe with mangos too Instead of coffee i used mangos. Hope this might help!

Ive watched a few of these reviews. I have a really nice Cuisinart Food Processor and Just bought my Kitchen Aid Mixer. I want to get this food processor attachment so I dont have to break out the Cuisinart for light jobs. Problem is every review has been done by a person who isnt as smart as the piece of plastic they are demonstrating.

Hi Matt Higgins! Thank you do much for watching my video and sharing your observation! Well its true chunks of chesse remains inside the blade but i don’t mind because it does saves me with arm exercise for shredding cheese by hand specially when there is a lot of cheese to be shredded. Stay safe.

@cookiecoco75923 жыл бұрын
Hi Arwa nizam , thanks for watching my video and also giving my recipe a try,sorry to know it didn’t work at first try though;(. But you did learn that eggs shouldn’t get cooked in ice cream based:).actually while we add eggs and put the mixture on flame to thicken we need to be stirring it and keeping a close eye for mixture to not get too hot to avoid cooking of eggs.all the best for whenever u feel trying again❤️.

@@cookiecoco7592 ummm...I made it again the exact same procedure but since it was my first time I made the quantity less and this time the milk didn't burst and my mixture was also thick ....BUT..... when I put it in the maker it didn't become like ice-cream u know what I mean right??! I think the mixture must be more thick than it was. So I kept it in freezer and my family is eating it the way it is 😂 it tastes sooo good also .....I'll keep trying and inform you again when I make it !!! Thank you !!!! Question..... what if it' not turning into icecream texture even though I put theicecream bowl in the freezer for 15hours or more? Thetemperature is also the coldest
@cookiecoco75923 жыл бұрын
Hi Raymond! Thank you for watching my video, I some time keep ice cream bowl in freezer for 24 hrs if the weather his 28 to 30 degrees, n i can see ice. Crystals formed on the ice cream bowl, that cold ensures the ice cream texture will be semi solid as expected. Hope this might help.

Hi there! Should the liquid inside the K.A. Ice cream attachment be frozen after the 24 hours in the freezer? Cause after I let it rest for a day I still hear the liquid running inside. Do you know if this is ok? Can you advise if so! Thanks a lot!! Great video!
@cookiecoco75923 жыл бұрын
Hi Natalia! Thanks for watching my video K.A ice cream maker should be in freezer gor at least 14 hrs prior use. Liquid gel inside the bowl should be frozen then only you would be able to use it.

I use my Kitchenaid ice cream maker all the time. I’ve never had a problem with it. Before you wash it you have to let it come up to room temperature. I’ve read so many people washing it in hot water whilst it’s still freezing which will make it crack. Wait until it has completely thawed then wash it in warm soapy water. There’s nothing wrong with the design x
@lkeener2 жыл бұрын
I just got mine and do the same thing. It should be common sense to wait until it’s room temperature to clean it. The only issue I have is I have a bowl lift mixer and it hard to remove it once it’s done. I am so afraid break it
