Hi Guys from Cairns, next purchase that will help your livies is a battery aerator, saves a bit of work and will definitely help keep your I’ve bait more lively and strong to attract the big predators. And you don’t have to change the water nearly as much. But keep in mind all fish including Small baitfish excrete ammonia which is amplified when they are stressed so it’s important to do about a 40-50% water change every hour or so. Tight lines and good luck.

your both doing well keep it up. A grunter is a relative of the brim family. Easy way to tell them apart is a grunter is longer not as high and has black lines down each side. Oh and glad you like catfish but they are a pest and poisonous, apparently you can eat them if prepared correctly but they taste is not good according to those that have tried them.

Great video. How did you kill the fish you caught? As for night fishing I wouldn't be surprised if the hunter becomes the hunted as you fall prey to the mozzies who will regard this as their annual dinner and dance, so plenty of mosquito repellent might be the order of the night.

Ah, you'll have to come down to Cronulla, Sydney and find one of my favourite beaches, 'Blackwoods' beach. Located south of the main South Cronulla and North Cronulla beaches, this hidden Gem is secluded protected with a small shore break that just is the right amount to get you wet. But the beach offers a deep and shallow entries and a more adventurous extended reef section for those that wish to explore. If you ever come down to Sydney and get to Cronulla, walk along the Esplanade and then just ask anyone along the way for one of the many ways to enter Blackwoods (there are 4 ways). Look for the local beach access signs, you looking for number 43. Or just follow people disappearing towards the water through the bushes. Anyone who wants to sun bathe will show you the way. Google the name and click on photos. Such a nice little beach. If that doesn't suit you, you can keep walking south till you get to Salmon Haul Bay a local favourite and very protected! Enjoy !!!
