DO NOT USE THIS METHOD IF THE STAIN WAS MADE WITH ALCOHOL-BASED INK!!! i am so sad i ruined my favorite pants even worse because the alcohol in the purell caused the alcohol ink to spread. what started out as a small black dot turned into a giant black smudge :’(

I noticed that sanitizer removes ink stains immediately on my school benches so today I thought would it work on fabrics too I just tried it on cotton and it worked fine.
