You ever shoot with 00? I have land in Fredericksburg and it's shotgun or bow only (HOA) but it's really easy to get very close (within 10 yards) of them with my setup. Have never shoot a deer with buckshot, but we also get quite a few axis so was going to try to take a couple this weekend.

I was thinking that you took a lot of strokes on that sight, but I am sure you made it too loose on purpose so you could show the fix. I generally take one, maybe two strokes at a time between test fittings. Rarely overshoot that way.
