You know I really wish the band weren't so annoyed with their record company when it released an album of demos without their permission. Some of the tracks on there are just great. The version of Love Bug is possibly one of the best pop songs you could ever hope to hear. Faye really sings her heart out. I would advise anyone if they ever see a copy of Attack! just snap it up, it's a much better album than Rev Up.

Brilliant find. I was 12 when Never Mind The Bollocks came out and I changed almost overnight from being an innocent wee Laddie to being a punk and seeing life so differently. Fantastic times.❤

The EMI years, an extra layer of 80s gloss evident, two singles were released, an album was recorded but sadly went unreleased.
@devilinthenewmanАй бұрын
A version of the lost EMI album was eventually released about 20 years later on Captain Oi Records. Jungle of Eyes. Some good tracks in it.

@@wayne_twentyfiveyeah, it came from a very old VHS transfer. I switched the audio from a CD to improve the sound. Would love to see fresh copies of these old videos but probably unlikely.

I saw dozens of great punk rock bands in the late 70’s and early 80’s In Toronto . Most of them played in dive bars with a capacity of a few hundred people ( if that ). The cover charge was cheep, the beer was cheep … If the whole punk rock scene was manufactured, the manufacturers weren’t making a whole lot of $$$… by the mid to late 80’s , when the money grubbing leeches latched on, it became another story. But early on it was organic.
