I know someone who took a whole night to pick a tsa lock because she didn't know it opened anticlockwise and was too stubborn to look it up first because it's just a tsa lock.

Happy to hear someone point out these things are difficult to pick when they're actually in use. Between dirt, positioning and keeping an eye out for onlookers who might complain, it's difficult to actually pick something in the wild. I've been hitting up lovelocks and it's a different experience all together.

I've never seen anyone pick like that. You just push the pick on the pins without levering against the other side of the keyway or warding. Did you learn that from someone or come up with it yourself? I'm in awe.

I am imagining something like this: "Here's a paracentric keyway, you'll need a standard hook in something less than 14 thousandths," Brummie: "Nah mate, gimme that big fat snowman"

I call them "you're a fucking god picks" brummie. Looks as if you picked that thing off the warding like a paracentric keyway freehand without bracing your arm or hand on anything while levering and rotating the pick like a dimple pick.. a godlike feat and instead of talking about that you focus on the bits and bobs hair thingies.
