put together their bed today what a huge piece of shit really. If you like pressed board and garbage construction you will love it!

Which brand did you purchase @richiemiami? I think installation is included with this brand.

Why are designers fascinated with all the decorating mistakes of the 1970’s ( clashing colours , heavy design shapes , avant-garde art , wallpapered ceilings , etc ) ? For 40 years , after the 1970’s ended ,we wondered how people could have concocted the : “decade that style forgot “.

Love this video. I could not imagine how you could refresh and reimagine the space. You must repeat this concept with other design members ( like me ;) ). This harkens back to the design videos that brought me to you. Thank you!! Well done!!

I saw this apartment on an episode of Open House maybe six years ago and to this day it remains one of my favorite contemporary, minimalist interiors - scratch that - one of my favorite interiors of any style. I saved the episode on a decommissioned Tivo, but now, with this video, I can revisit it and be inspired anew whenever I want!

Where is the tray table sold? I tried Google, but can't make out the name of the retailer.

This decorator is probably the most talented I have ever seen. She is amazing, sparing no, well thought out, detail. Such taste is exceptional.

They need to stop calling things trends when they are not trend. They need to accept that we as the public have a new set style governed by the internet. None of these are trends. All of these are things being pushed on us because they want to create new trends so we feel we have to remodel and they can make money. That is all these kind of look they are using. If you look at the comments of these over maximalist homes they always remove the negative comments. The comments and likes never match the views. 29 comments 50K views. I don't thinks so. This house got a lot of negative reviews. Like they started to try to push terrazzo because marble was not EVER going to go away. People found class and they were not going to replace it with cheap terrazzo because they pushed it. Instead they should have pushed colored marble. A learning to traditional could have brought in some elements that can fit but also we would need to do upgrades. But one thing to remember is that if everyone is going with the current look to get new business they need a new look. So every decade they try to push a new look. Look at the top photos on Houzz. They are older but they still work. That is the problem the design community is having. We all have these websites were we can see beautiful interior designs and because they are rated the top in views and likes they will remain relevant and timeless. With that. We all know what will never go out of style and they want to change it because if they don't eventually people will not need to remodel. The shaker. They want to tell us it is out. It is never going to be out. Flat and shaker will always be in. Pencil is a new classic and they are correct for using it. But eventually you will see them try to do some completely random cabinetry just so they can sell is. They will do some stupid ugly cabinet just so they can say this is the new thing. Your house looks dated. It is sick

In my opinion, this is the worst or should I say the most atrocious Kips Bay House I've seen yet! It's like these designers are delusional. On the contraries' of some comments; I actually thought the dining room was the only room half way decent. LOL.
