I have install several brands inventers, those web systems working... but this... the Growatt registering systems is not made for using, I made installer account and it it is there, because 2nd try the system says that S/N is registered, but never got any email confirmation to registering . The system asking account id what I don't have, because missing email ... and email is not account id... who s.. design this system

Hey man, much appreciate that video! However, I've got a SPH10000TL3 which issues failure message "abnormalwire" But I am sure my wiring is OK. I believe one of the parameters is wrong set. Do you have a complete list of the configuration and parameters registers and what the usual value should be?

great suupport - thanks a lot You might write a comment an pin that on top with the most recent link to the shinebus app Might be easier to support that on 1 comment for all I guess. I have found several ones but not sure, what the latest version might be: 2023 03 10 is at least from march this year, but not sure, if that is the most recent I need for our SPH 4600 and Min 4600 and Mic 3000 and Mic 600 We have here in total 16 of these models.

well you may choose the model SPH and try to find reset option in parameter setting

try to hold the button button for 10s to reset it to factory', maybe there is hardware issue with your logger if it still does not work after a reset operation

Today I faced the same problem of “all three lights on“. On a hit and trial, I succeeded to reset the device as follow: 1. Unplug the device, 2. Keep the reset button pressed, 3. Plug the device to the inverter or to a USB power adapter. Problem solved 😊

By scanning the QR code on the shunemaster and try to register it in your plant in Shinephone app, then you need to use Growatt Installer/ distributor account via website to control it.which this way, reading and setting parameter will be possible
