@AzureFv7 your gpu is definitely below the minimum specs, but not miles below. 8gb vram also below. But I think you could run it on low settings, maybe also may need to drop resolution to get a playable frame rate. Thanks! What did you find? Did you have the same issues with lots of Sharks? I was wondering if that bracelet i found was supposed to be on the skeleton behind the locked gate, and somehow it glitched out for me when I saw it pop out of the sea.

Forget this plane. You can do nothing with it. The plane to escape with doesn't exist yet. To transport metal barrels on your raft, place a 'green ghost' of a metal barrel cooking fire, insert a barrel - BUT NOTHING ELSE leaving it green. It will stay stable during sailing, and when you get to your destination, just cancel the cooking fire leaving you with the barrel. Make sure you spread the weight evenly on your raft or else things will slide about easily, and fall off. Drop boxes are a waste of time on a raft. Completely useless. There is no better hammer in the game. To break the container locks and open the packs, use the axe. The hammer takes ages. I've seen up to 4 sharks attacking at a time. Unless an update covered it, if you DON'T harvest the sharks, they won't re-spawn. Harvest, and they re-spawn almost immediately. Take your arrows back, but be careful about harvesting. Bandages... Make a bandage, but also use some chopped up palm leaf, or seaweed. Much more effective for your health. The game is (mostly) fine, you're just using the wrong tools. Those things will be important, just not yet. You won't escape without loads of screws, thermostats, etc. They're in the game for a reason. Finally, you can put up to 3 sails on your raft. Any more is a waste of time and resources as it won't go any faster than it will with 3. Good luck!.

Thanks for the help as always! I didn't even consider trying the axe as the symbol showed the hammer, I'll try that on the remaining boxes! In the ne t episode you will see if ur theory of not harvesting the Sharks makes a difference with re-spawng 😀

I would of thought minimum would be at least Ryzen 5600 And a 4060 and 16gb ram. Im goung to go 7800xt with 32gb ram and Ryzen 7 9700x for my budget £1k rig.

OK, I'm very early into viewing, and you say that you have nothing to dis-assemble - pointing out the bench with an axe with just 13% left on it. Dis-assemble the axe (or any tool/ weapon) and remake from the dis-assembled parts and you start again at 100%. This saves you constantly looking for resources. Make sure that the item you want to work on is in your backpack. Place the backpack on the bench and transfer the item to the centre of the bench and dis-assemble. The prep table can only be used once you have the relative blueprint to work from (recipe). I think. To smelt a bronze ingot, place 1 shard of copper + 1 shard of tin in each tray & fire it up.

Collecting water in just a turtle shell means it goes stagnant very quickly - the same when using a half coconut. A pukka water collector keeps it fresh far longer. Be careful about drinking standing water. When you build a 'shelter', make sure your bed is right underneath (your fire too). If it rains while you're sleeping you'll get too cold & die. You can't light a fire in the rain to cook on + it'll keep you warm/raise your body temperature if you need it. The fuel drum is used for the plane, it can't be used as a floatation device. There's another one elsewhere - but I'm not giving out spoilers except to say that you can tell the 'fuel' barrels from a distance by the way that they sit lower in the sand (I guess they're heavier). Just helping. I'll shut up now.

@cccryder11 your cpu and gpu are both about 30-40% below the minimum specs. I'm sure the game will run on the lowest settings, but not sure you will get a great frame rate.

You're right. Uncle Seamus suffers from an acute case of verbal overload, but some of it is pertinent to the story & tasks. Sadly. You need to build your raft in the shallows. If it's on dry land, it's a heck of a job. I wouldn't advise putting drop boxes on the raft, either. The sea will wash the contents out very easily.

I have gotten a little way. Unfortunately this is the kind of game where the devs have programmed it so you need to play it in a specific way and any other way doesn't work. It's un balanced. A good way to describe this game is a beautiful mess.
