Why is the Reverse Wall pushup Bad??? I do it at every workout.
@GkAthan-j3sАй бұрын
It's not bad actually... You just have to do it with the right technique

The angle of the body is not the same as in a handstand pushup
@joerider485Ай бұрын
@michelmenger but you get strenght for the handstand pushup, with less risk?
@Han-nk3ioАй бұрын
@@joerider485it has bad strength curves akward pressing posistion like a shoulders press with flare elbows. It is ok to do it but it just not the best
@FLYTHENICSАй бұрын
It’s ok if you do it in proper form. But in my opinion this is just time waste. You can use that time to get better results with the other exercise I mentioned. But the main reason is that if you’re facing with your back to the wall it’s very hard to target the right angle and the right execution in order to learn the handstand push-up as a beginner

Really cool background music! I think strenght (outside of freestyle) can also be broken into: -Sets and reps, max number or fastest time. -One rep max and Streetlifting competitions. -Really advanced movements, like the one arm dip.

Thank you ! Very interesting and precious video, since the origins of freestyle calisthenics are way less documented than the ones of sets and reps calisthenics. I remember Sebastian Valere and his crew were training in Paris at a legendary old school workout park, « quai de Valmy ». Another calisthenics pioneer in this Paris crew was « Vass the Supersaiyan » (on KZbin « Train For Epic Strength - »). At that time nobody knew about the form, how the moves had to be done, the right technique, but it didn’t matter at all, it was all about the mindset !

Very interesting video with 2 inspiring athletes ! Thank you guys. I appreciate the helpful advice on how to prepare a competition in the smartest way, wisely analysing the best strategy rather than directly rushing hard on your moves.
