Hello! sorry for any typos, I use google translate. I want to start by saying you are so stunning, a person who seems radiant, you did that both before, during and after 75 Hard! Seen all your videos and love you. You are so real and raw. Truly someone you can relate to at the same time a great inspiration! I look forward to following you further and cheering you on. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

What books have you liked the best out of the ones you've read? Besides the sober one I don't drink.

LOVED THIS!! Congrats on all your progress! My husband and I are gearing up to the 75 hard challenge soon and your videos have been SO inspiring ❤

I don’t know how exactly but you actually made 75 hard look really enjoyable. The yummy breakfast, sunny walks with the beautiful leaves, and the cozy little moments reading books. We are getting ready to get 10 inches of snow but I think I want to try this when the weather breaks.

Which was your most favorite book on sobriety? I am not a regular drinker but with the holidays just gone I feel like I need to give a break to my drinking. Which book would you recommend for someone who is not an alcoholic but who drinks socially and wants to quit?

How did you figure out your diet to stick to? Did you track your calories with my fitness pal?

Strength training is a great idea for your next step. And it is likely as you gain muscle your numbers on your scale may go up. I just don’t want you to feel discouraged.

👏👏👏 amazing results. That is a huge accomplishment. That is self dedication and a lot of self love to be able to do a challenge like that.

I have watched so many 75 hard videos, but I have never attempted to complete the challenge. How long did it take you to adjust to that much water. I don't want to wear depends. LOL! Giving up soda will be hard, but I know that I can do that, but I don't drink a gallon of anything in two days. It is currently 2:30 in the afternoon and I have not consumed 8 ounces of liquid yet.

Im so proud of you. I watched you do the last challenge and saw how it turned out. And seeing you power through your birthday is definitely a moment where you became mentally strong. Those are the difficult moments and that’s when you actually grow.

Thanks for sharing your journey. I’m on day 5, 3rd restart, and I’m committed to finish on 3/15. 🎉. Despite me starting over multiple times since 12/2, I still lost 10 lbs. I look forward to every task even walking in the freezing Maryland winter.

Your beginning weight is my current weight exactly. I’m basically planning a 75 soft because of the outdoor aspect, since it’s 3 degrees F right now. 😬

I’m super super happy for you, but please be cautious of your surrounding most women who walk by their selves during the day and areas like you’ve been walking have been attacked so please be cautious of your surroundings. You don’t want anything to happen. You know we have to be cautious

Girlll I would so suggest doing a workout class even once a week! It gives you something to look forward to but they’re also so motivating! Especially to meet people with the same goals as you. I’d also recommend eating more protein because it really helps with energy and muscle building and overall health. Thankyou for your content I love watching it ! It’s so motivating even 75lbs down. Also you should totally treat yourself to a spa/ makeover day. New body, new year new you ❤️ it’s healing in a way to go out and get your hair done, buy a new outfit and treat yourself for all your hard work!! Keep kicking butt excited for you.
