सर! पता हैं न आजकल सिर्फ 33 प्रतिशत ias ही संयुक्त सचिव हैं अब वो जमाना गया.. पर कतर रही हैं सरकार दूसरा की केंद्र सरकार ने कईं ias को crs दिया हैं।

यही गलत कानून देश को बर्बाद कर रहा है।।।कोई भी यूपीएससी से चयनित कर्मचारी को हटाने का अधिकार मुख्य मंत्री राज्यपाल और उच्च न्यायालय को भी देना चाहिए।।इससे वो काम थोड़ा ढंग से करेंगे और घूसखोरी भी कम करेंगे।।।

यह सही है कि हमें अधिकारियों के प्रति अधिक जवाबदेही की आवश्यकता है, लेकिन इसमें समस्या यह है कि अधिकारियों को नियंत्रित करने वाले बहुत से स्वामी होंगे और अंततः ये अधिकारी कोई भी कार्रवाई करने से डरेंगे, जिससे प्रशासन में गतिरोध पैदा हो जाएगा। True, we need more accountability over officers but the issue with this is that there would be too many masters controlling officers and in the end these officers would be too scared to take any action leading to paralysis of administration.
