I have played all of the battlefields. I play them because I can lay in a fixed position and snipe. Not an option in most games. Not a popular option in this game. Somehow I manage to get a butt load of kills. I enjoy it, it’s how I play. Too old to quick scope. S120 atm because I was slow to move over from Battlefield five due to the poor reception of 2042.

I was the same way, I played battlefield 5 way more before really playing this. But as of late, I've been really enjoying it. Obviously, I'm not the best, and I definitely don't try to be. But I am having fun and looking forward to the next installment of the franchise.

My buddy and I play it for the same reason, hop on Discord voice, throw on music, and just snipe from super far away and visit with each other.

The game is also incredibly beautiful to look at while sniping. The graphics are definitely an upgrade from previous games. It's just a fun time all around right now.

After all these years I've never played the remastered version and the visuals are incredible including the new cutscenes which add much more emotion and depth to how the situation is. @@ercthatsme Awesome though. Liked what you showed and the gameplay. Yeah, I played a lot of the first three. Just hadn't moved over to the remastered one's yet. Been meaning to, just have a huge back-log of other games that are classics or "must" play games. Yeah, the emotion that they can capture now for the earlier Gear games is amazing already.

@@ercthatsme hard game the bf thing, shame about 2042 as its come a long way now, shitty launch but turned out to be a alight shooter, people just don't give it a chance, if you're using a nvidia card use GeForce experience to rec! way better. I use open shot too. renders in FHD free 60fps. Safe brother..PB

I look forward to the next game! I hope it'll be as good as it sounds. I record off my Xbox series x and upload from my computer with a rtx 4060. I just enjoy playing on console more than pc personally

@ercthatsme come over to the master race side, use geforece experience from your PC to rec. Quality is way better. Not only that you got a 4060 and on a Xbox what's the world come too. Lol.... we each have our preference but I'd be hooking that controller to my rig and it's game on. But do check out open shot let's you render for free which is good for a video ditor 😉 keep the vids coming anyways like new content myself. Something fresh

You played the map where the grenade spam is absurd and LMG's are the best option. Not the best map of the game.

It is definitely chaotic for a BF game. It kinda feels like a CoD game sometimes. You could try to get used to it via the in game "solo" system. Go to Conquest or the option below that (that replaced Rush) and the last option lets you set Bot AI Difficulty, and what map you wanna do, to get the feel for some of the maps or all of them. You can also farm your Unlocks for weapons this way if you don't wanna try to get them in matches. I do this with sniper rifles because I suck with them in actual combat vs real people. Practice there and with helo's / jets too and maybe one day I won't suck with them.

I didn't even know you could farm XP that way! That's interesting, I appreciate the information on that. I definitely enjoy battlefield more than the recent Call of Duty games lately, I'm really excited for the latest installment of battlefield, hopefully next year sometime.
