Thanks to someone who uploaded this. I've been trying to find my sort of identity and soul as a Japanese man living overseas. He described exactly who we are I think. I believe our swords still haven’t taken away…

I cannot overstate how well done this video is, the combination of images with Sylvia herself reading her poem. I love this so much. It only took me a couple decades to stumble across this.

This guy was a full on fascist, but he also represents why many go down the path of fascism as sick as it is, with that being said, I think there's a lot to admire about him as a person but he definitely died for fascist ideals

Sometimes an inspiring character can make you overlook political ideology. I'm Chinese, so I'd be the last person to support Japanese imperialism. But I know many people from China who are fans of his work

@adwaadwa-hb4hn nope bro he's literally a fascist get real, educate yourself on what fascism actually is, the answer is right in your fuckin face, also pre war Japanese culture was literally fascist and led to imperialism and numerous genocides of east Asian peoples, like seriously clearly you're a conservative yourself so you muddy the description with your own weak "patriotic" ideology
