Right? Those "felonies" were actually misdemeanors that Alvin Bragg committed a federal crime to upgrade to felonies. They are just misdemeanors and the statute of limitations has run out.

As someone who knew how to read by age 3 and has always been a big reader, it's hard to fathom someone not knowing how to read. However, there should be no shame in admitting that, and it's a thousand percent a failure on our nation's education system. There's a gentleman on Tik Tok that has taken us on his learning to read journey; it's never too late, and it also doesn't indicate lack of intelligence.

I had a bad childhood, I was taken away at age 9 and never saw them again. Despite that I was scared of having kids but desperately wanted my own to have someone to love and love me back the ways I wish I had been loved. My kids get tired of me hugging them and telling them I love them because I do it too much.... I never had it with my parents and just want them to always know how much I love them and how proud I am!

You can never tell your kids that you love them too much. One day, they will be so grateful for that foundation of support you're building for them.

No, but I do believe we live in a society that promotes absentee, or lack of involvement fathers, something I hope is changing for the better.

I have been in three different school systems, I was in the Cambridge system, which for me was really challenging, but I enjoyed learning. I was in a faith based homeschool program that I really enjoyed and I would return to if I had to. And finally I am currently in the American school system that I really just don’t really enjoy. I don’t know if it is what I learned, or just atmosphere that changed my experiences for each of those different systems. I personally enjoy learning though.

American public school system is definitely not set up for actual learning, it's for memorizing and regurgitation.

Me too love... it was bittersweet really, my dad died and my mom got me new teeth with insurance money after everything was taken care of... she couldn't stand that I was always in excruciating pain, not when she could actually afford to do something... teeth pain is a horrible pain, but the embarrassment you start to feel, the aspects of your life it affects, that you would have never thought about... I did this for so many yrs... so many.
