An i4 on 25-30 lbs of boost vs an all motor V8 lol. That's a pretty fair comparison. I have both and they are both lots of fun. You can put a Corvette on just 5 psi and it will make 550 wheel, if you want to make power. The A&A supercharger kit for a C6 Corvette is only 6 grand lol.

It says big turbo which is sad. An is38 on 93 will keep up with a C7 stingray. Even a small hybrid should have walked away.

@@zane4127 Half the cylinders and 30 lbs more boost lol. People love to leave that part out. 30 psi is a shit load of boost, it's crazy how these modern 4 cylinders take all that. V8s on 30 psi are over 1,000 hp. I have a MK7 with an is38 and it's quick and lots of fun. I also have a C6 with bolt ons and a 3000 stall and it's fun in other ways. The Corvette's power and throttle response is instant where the GTI isn't. The Corvette obviously gets a lot more grip being RWD with big tires. Both are fun in corners. Honestly for me I take the Vette when I wanna feel like I'm driving a race car and I take the GTI when I want to just cruise or if I need to go thru drive thrus lol. I tried to race a C6 from a stop light once in my GTI and there was no chance. GTI doesn't have the grip and it takes too long for the power to kick in when you just hit the gas from a stop. If I had a C7 Vette I definitely wouldn't feel embarrassed losing to a fast GTI because again, from a stoplight the Vette is still gonna take it and regardless it's hard to beat the feel of a Corvette. I've had a C4, C5 and C6. They are cool cars no matter how you look at it. Fast, good handling, comfortable, good looking, good feel and good ass a/c right outta the box without mods.

Hardly crying, corvette had to shut off because there was a car in front otherwise you still be at the vette’s side view lol. Let the corvette put a blower on the engine and you would be dust. Id be crying if i was the golf because even with a big turbo conversion you couldnt see off a na car
