An argument could be made for his "duel" with the other house, but when you look at who Bell was before, and who he was after, there's no difference. S1E1 Bell is dramatically different from S1E12 Bell... S2E1 Bell is almost the same person as S2E12 Bell. Season 3 did a better job, but it was almost entirely focused on the Minotaur fight.. that's the only aspect of S3 that changed Bell at all. In contrast, S4E1 Bell was the culmination of all the previous seasons... then was again completely changed by S4E12. I respect your opinion, but it's really pretty obvious that S2 and S3 were weak and shallow... basically filler.

Roxy and Rudeus are capable of Advanced level healing magic that can heal major open wounds and reattach freshly severed limbs, but cannot restore lost body parts, meaning that since his hand was completely destroyed or lost to them, they could not restore it. Saint level healing magic is capable of healing most bodily injuries and restoring lost limbs as long as bones of said limbs are available but they weren't capable of such a feat and only King level healing magic is capable of restoring body parts from nothing, which of course they weren't capable of.
