I was in Vienna in the Summer, seeing the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra play Strauss at the Orangery. To say this piece would have snugly fit right in is a massive understatement. What I would do to hear an orchestral arrangement of this composition...

Your polonaise is one of my all time favourite pieces of piano music. It inspired me to compose one myself, albeit to a lesser standard. These five works are you at your very peak.

thanks so much, I'll make sure to listen to your Polonaise tonight :) regarding this set of pieces, most of them were written in a notebook without any auditory aid. i think writing purely from imagination forces me to make some different compositional choices and as a result these ended up being a bit different from what i normally write, i'll definitely be doing this again in the future

thank you, trying to be more consistent! i just started Visions of Mana, maybe 2-3 hours in. too soon to say much about the game but if nothing else it's very pretty, in terms of the art direction one of the nicest looking games i've played in a long time.

I got about 3/4 of the way through it, then some big band projects came up. To be fair though, I don't like how it turned out, so I will revisit it once I get the time. Might just do it in the next few weeks, before uni starts again. :)
