That's true Alberto. When I watch my videos I feel ashamed. Until a few years ago I didn't speak English. I decided to adopt a language, I'm not confident in, to reach a wider audience. I'm happy to have reached you, I can't speaking Italian. I'm working to improve in English and also in storytelling. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. I hope you'll come back here sometime.

Thanks for your suggestion. Once I read it, I got in trial mode a couple of AI dubbing services. They have an acceptable quality (even lip-syncing) but are quite expensive, since I don't monetize my videos. I could invest money in these dubbing services to make the videos more attractive, but at the moment I prefer to invest energy in improving my English. After all, it is the goal I set myself, leaving the comfort zone of my mother tongue.

I think it would be better to use "left join fetch" because without LEFT JOIN if a company does not have any employees it wont be joined.
