That looks to me like Barry Mitterhoff on mandolin. We went to the same high school at the same time. His band was called the Bottle Hill Boys. What a kick!

⬇I'm with ya, man! One of my favorite albums is "It's Like You Never Left"..Wore it out, back in the day. Only saw him once, at Stony Brook University, out on Long Island. He was AWESOME!
