This was such an emotional story to listen, it could have been my story. Imaging showed nothing, liquid biopsy picked up a small CTC count and KRAS mutation. The fear I felt was over consuming and the doubt and the trust I lost towards my body. And I’m a therapist 🫣 I am doing a blood test again in January. Hoping for good news. Thank you thank you for being vulnerable Amy and sharing your story. Thank you Nasha for holding a beautiful space for her ❤

Thank you for sharing this. I agree - we receive what we need the moment we need it. It’s fascinating how life shifts when we recognize just how long we’ve been ignoring ourselves- the signs, signals, and wisdom our bodies have been offering all along.

Very good balanced talk, not your typical alternative views that take a scapegoat approach and blame everything on sugar consumption. Your birth/breast feed-infancy stress-childhood/Trauma-vaccines-teen young adult/trauma drug alcohol abuse...then ADULT--STRESS ENVIRONMENT FINANCIAL MEDICATIONS/ vaccines-flu shots WHERE YOU LIVE-CLIMATE ALTITUDE 5G ...SO NOW ALL YOU “SUGAR” HATERS STILL THINK 100-150 grams of sugar a day is going to kill ya-(typical person stores 400-650 grams of glucose/glycogen in the liver and skeleton/muscular part of the body. Some so think about if your going to cut out foods these 2 would be key WHEAT and (PUFA) POLYUNSATURATED fats... my2cents ; )

HI Dr. Nasha! I'm working with a FABNO for my recent triple negative breast cancer dx and double mastectomy. I'm 41 and metabolically flexible. Since diagnosis I've been doing 18:6 intermittent fasting and weekly 48 hour water fasts. I heard you say in another video that fasting could look like intermittent + monthly 3-5 day fasts. Curious whether it's better to do longer, less frequent long fasts vs. frequent 48 hour?

Thank You for reaching out to Dr. Nasha. Dr. Nasha no longer sees patients directly, and cannot give personal medical advice. As Dr. Nasha’s work is Terrain based, and each individuals’ Terrain is unique and different, it would be impossible to give treatment advice/recommendations without a full Terrain work-up and assessment by a trained physician to determine the best fit for you. I can provide you with the referral information of Dr. Nasha’s top recommended doctors, most of whom can consult with you virtually, meaning you can come under their care remotely. All of these doctors have graduated from Dr. Nasha's mentorship training program, approach the treatment of the terrain in the same way she does, and work very closely with her. Please find their names and contact information here, terrain.network/places/category/practitioners/ . Given that you are already working with an FABNO, another option might be for your current FABNO to request a doctor-to-doctor consultation with Dr. Nasha on your behalf. If this is something your physician is interested in, please have them contact me ([email protected]) directly for more details.

Thank you, Dr. Nasha. I’m 52. An exercise physiologist, spinning instructor, athlete and coach. My ovarian diagnosis in 2019 shocked me and everyone around me. After two abdominal surgeries, 6 rounds of chemo and still managing it and digging deep on every level, just know that I hang onto every word you say here. Thank you for being a light in my world. Cancer has been a profound gift, as you say, while always trying to keep the fear at bay. Whew. Talk about an accelerated path of spiritual evolution. Lord have fricken mercy. Listening to my body. Asking it what it needs. What am I missing. Listening intently. I have so much still to do. So many books to write and gifts to give the world. Whew, what a journey. Not for the faint of heart. God bless you. ❤️🙏. Thank you.

Excellent video. Great content and very good delivery of the information. If we do not have access to SC mistletoe, is there any value for maintaining remission / stable disease with the oral supplements. It would seem reasonable for maintenance of stable disease and then try to find access to injectable form once early progression occurs.

Excellent. Thank you for your ongoing encouragement and can-do attitude. Your excellent two presentation on the cancer alternative summit caused me to search for more of your encouraging words. You delivered again even though this was several months after the conference, they were new to me and glad they are preserved here.
