Sorry for late reply. I've never uploaded to this platform, I barely even internet. I just asked the bloke at the 4 wheel drive place if we can make it sound like my ML63 with the deleted resonator (that's for sale) and he said, "n-no, absolutely not but I'll do some research and get back to you." This exhaust was what he suggested and I agreed. I didn't even watch a video on it until after installation. As soon as I turned the key I was not disappointed.

They care so much for your business that they won't even answer.

They answered that on their website. Essentially “through their research” 2 3/4” doesn’t cause over scavenging. Maybe they were thinking people won’t tune the vehicles. I donno if they’ll ever reply to this. Aussies car blokes are lazy on social media

There is no drone with a DPF back exhaust as the DPF takes a lot of note from the exhaust.

With the DPF equipped 200 series you will not get any drone whatsoever as the DPF’s take all of the noise out of the exhaust.

Nick Anderson this is the aluminised steel exhaust with stainless steel tip option. This is running just the twin resonator muffler setup.

@@adamsurf76 . Most argue that the key to this improvement is to reduce exhaust back pressure, usually achieved by using larger-diameter tubing and free-flow mufflers. However, what’s actually required is to minimize the resistance to gas flow in order to keep the exhaust gas flowing as quickly as possible so that the burnt gases are efficiently extracted from the engine. This means that the saying ‘bigger is better’ is not always the case. In fact, the optimum diameter of the exhaust tubing varies according to the amount of exhaust gas being produced, which depends upon engine RPM and load. Smaller turbo diesel motors don't require such large diameter exhausts. We have done vigorous testing on the smaller motors to get the best performance possible. With this research, we have used various sizes of tube and in most cases 2 3/4" comes out on top

This particular system is $1185 + packing and freight costs. Made using an aluminised mild steel and a 2 3/4" pipe.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you, must have missed your comment. Unfortunately we do not build a turbo back system for the new cruiser only from the DPF back. This is so our systems comply with ADR laws.

Hi, yes this exhaust has a slight improvement over the factory exhaust and makes it sound a lot better.

Have any dyne tests been performed to-date, comparing factory system with this?

Hi Matias, it sits in this position due to the clearance required to fit the resonator. The fish eye lens of the camera makes it look worse than it is.
