When I had firearms I carried a sticky holster, it was a nylon with a soft outside and raised rubber ridges all once the outside . In no particular pattern . Maybe you could figure out a way to drizzle some rubber on the outside of that so it grips the pocket a bit better .

I carry the Glock 43x with OEM everything including magazines main carry .357 Taurus 605 poly protector on ankle and TDI Knife on my belt along with a leatherman skeletool course phone and wallet and last not least pepper spray. Out of all tools I carry. Used the skeletool more than any of them over last 3 years. Great video

Brett, that is my revolver and I knew it was dirty. Thought about cleaning it before my son got it to you but it didn't happen. No excuses. So thanks for the courtesy cleaning and the holster. You mentioned it had been dropped. I honestly never remember dropping it ever. But I am getting old I will admit. I have carried that weapon for 37 years. Most of my career was patrol or special teams and I carried it as my backup, originally(10-15) years in a rear pocket until that led to some lower back issues. Then moved to weak side front pocket. I also carried it as my off duty weapon and have for the last 5 years in retirement. Due to attending a Lt. Col Dave Grossman seminar in the 90s it is with me 99% of the time. It has seen miles and miles. Thanks again and stay safe, my prayers are with you and all peace keepers every day.

The shear strength on the hook and loop on those belts is their shining quality. Best you’ll find. No chance that you hop a fence and your belt runs up under your armpits. No belt keepers needed… ever.

My inner uses a cobra buckle. That’s an option. Makes for a great EDC belt and the it’s easy when you have to put the gun belt on.

Height over bore ballistics is a deal killer. I've messed with 1.93 and 1.7, but I just go back to 1.54". I don't like trying to remember and doing hold overs.

Not gonna lie, man. If I needed that much riser, I'm running carry handle and piggyback rails. It's cheaper, it has better backup irons, and it won't get banged out of zero when it gets hit or dropped sideways.
