Not drinking and driving is one of the things that stuck with me the most when I was younger. I always had a twin size air mattress in my trunk when I went to my friends' parties so if I _didn't_ stop drinking long enough before I planned to leave (and I mean 2+ hours before at the least), I could just stay for the night with my friends' standing invitation to do so if needed.

Ik this was a year ago but all of these should be listened to. One thing I witnessed firsthand was a tired driver. 35:35. She was an elderly woman who had just literally passed us on a deserted road in the middle of nowhere. I was 13 at the time and once I saw that same orange car in a rock cut, I dialled my local emergency number and as soon as my father pulled our RV over, I threw it to him. She fell asleep behind the wheel, her husband couldn’t wake her. She passed before paramedics could arrive. I was the first one on the scene and was the only one around when she passed. Please don’t drive while tired, under the influence or distracted, it can and will put many lives at risk.
