Wasted a week dealing with this company and their support personnel in India after my orders were returned to sender multiple times without explanation and I was falsely accused of fraud. Now I have to find a tuxedo the old-fashioned way with very little time to spare. STAY AWAY!

This place is simply A DISASTER!! The quality is terrible. Also, please save yourself a trip to their location and take your measurements at home because you will do a much much better job!! They sent me two orders so far, the first isn’t my size at all, and the second jacket is damaged (has a hole in the sleeve) and the sleeves are too short (I will need to go to a tailor for alteration). My wedding is in 8 days and this is simply DISASTROUS. I am super disappointed, never thought that on my wedding day I will be dressed horribly or be under so much stress like that. PLEASE don’t have this place even as an option, and if you have to rent, go somewhere else.

I am so mad a BLACK TUX! I am unable to tie this stupid tie! I also am 66 with a elbow that's got bone spurs and arthritis in my fingers. I got the wedding on Sunday and there is no help from them other than this dumb video that for me is impossible! Bow ties should be CLIP ON! No one except a triple PHD Professor know how to tie these ties! Thanks for the greif Black Tux!

This stupid rule has invented by a dead troll named King Edward VII. He was eating a lot, didn't pay attention to his health (and nutrition), it was very obese (his BMI was probably ≈40 or more). Plus, I think that he, along with unhealthy nutrition, ate milk chocolate a lot (which I don't like (I only eat true dark chocolate with cocoa content of 70% and above)). There's no proof of this, but I think that he ate milk chocolate. And due to that dead troll (and stinker), we can't button the bottom button. But, I have a way to avoid this rule. I will try to find paddock jacket and buy it (since you can indeed button all the buttons on it). Or, there is another piece of wardrobe - a nehru jacket. Nehru jacket is a garment that Indians wear, and I (even though I'm not Indian, but from Serbia), would like to get one piece of nehru jacket. On nehru jacket, you can indeed button all the buttons (this is something that I love), and thus I would like to get piece of a nehru jacket. Nehru jackets are amazing (and this annoying rule definitely doesn't apply to them).
