The track was Anythings by Chris James and KCH originated in the Bay Area of California so you may be able to find some of their homes from the late 80s to mid 90s but unfortunately they moved to Middle Tennessee in 96 and have built exclusively here! I do have some videos from other builders that do build in other states so if you have any other questions feel free to shoot me an email or text Id be happy to help find something that works for you regardless of your state! Hope you have a great day :)

At almost 5,000 sqft with 5 beds 5 full baths plus some extra rooms it can seem like plenty of space to most people maybe even too much to some however if you do need more then that’s always doable too! You’ll have to keep in mind though that you’ll have to start sacrificing some things for more space. There are currently no active homes within 2 miles of this that have over 6000 sqft and only 8 homes in the last two years have sold within 2 miles having more than 6000 sqft. Also within those two miles you have 4 different elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and 2 different high schools so depending on where you want your children to go to school at that can also change. Lots of considerations that’s for sure, if you have any questions I’d be happy to help just shoot me a text to get the conversation started. Hope you have a great day! 🙂

Absolutely! I always recommend having some kind of staging if possible, it feeds the imagination a little more but with a lot of the custom large new builds unless its a community being developed and it's a model home you won't really find them fully staged if at all.

Agree beautiful house but not worth the price! Because they put a huge house on a narrow plot it is essentially what we called a railroad house! Because houses are so close not many side windows or attractive views! Another problem with narrow plots! For that money you need a manicured yard and pool! You’ll be putting the lights on this house even during the day! Again most windows in the front and back of house! Good furnishes though! Not sure I like master as you walk in the door.

@QANashvilleRealEstate
@QANashvilleRealEstate 2 жыл бұрын
Agreed, its definitely unique, and as far as staging goes its totally up to the sellers can't really force them to stage lol but I do agree that it helps envision the space as yours! I see a lot of people do virtual staging and I think that looks worse than an empty space, personally, but I see there is a time and place for everything

That's the beauty of real estate its so unique and you never know what you'll find! And if you don't see what you like you could more than likely build it but just keep in mind that your tastes may not suit everyone so if its super unique the pool of buyers willing to purchase it decreases so you may not get the return on investment that you're looking for IF you had to sell. If you don't have to sell then I wouldn't worry but just something to keep in mind :)

Sometimes people don’t want large lots it’s all a personal preference but in this instance it’s about the location of downtown Franklin, there are virtually no homes that house large lots. Only 2 homes in the last year have sold with just at an acre or a smidge over and only 7 that have sold with a larger lot in the last two years. If you want a large lot you’ll have to step outside of downtown but by doing that you lose the experience of being able to walk to downtown and possibly depending where you move you’ll be zoned for different schools which to some is extremely important. Hope this helps and you have a great day! 🙂

I would make a minor change in the 1/2 bath and add a closet to the last room off the large open area upstairs with the bunk bed built ins. What is up with no secure privacy fence dividing the two back yards from one another? Let me say I'm not plunking down that kinda $$$$ for a yard that is open to the neighbors snd not secure for my family or My dog's.
@QANashvilleRealEstate
@QANashvilleRealEstate 2 жыл бұрын
Yes it’s a rather large open room plenty of space to add a closet! When it comes to cosmetics like fencing sometimes it’s best to let whoever purchases it add extras like that as the wrong fence could totally put someone off from it as they would have to remove the one they don’t like and add one they do, hope you have a great day!

@@QANashvilleRealEstate i don't call a fence cosmetics, it's a very necessary thing for security and not just for any dogs but for each neighbor since a neighbor's kid could come into the back yard of this home and get injured by something and then you are getting sued for their kid tress passing on your property. As a Person who owned a Brand New built house and wanted My back yard 100%fenced before I moved in it was very upsetting and inconvenient to have no fence when move in date occured after coming in from another state I couldn't let my dogs out without me and had to leave in the house when I left. So the fence is important part of the homes FEATURES. AT LEAST a fence should be part of the deal by the builder once the home is purchased so when the move in happens one can feel at ease.q
