I wonder what happened to the T-Cog that Megatron threw away before inserting a new T-Cog he ripped out of Sentinel's body. Imagine if it was implanted into Grimlock who is full of rage and doesn't like Optimus Prime yet is still an Autobot regardless.

I love how they wrote Optimus in this one, his characterization is complex and has flaws like D-16 has before each reached this stage in maturity, plus unlike TFP Orion's actually shown being regretful for his past treatment of his brother, so its not really a sheer moral high ground situation its an organic fallout of their relationship as they are both met with tough experiences in this journey.

It's always sad to see a friendship broken because your friend or you changed. I can feel that....
