May I ask is there a reason that you make the hole at the top of the heart rather than along the side?

When I lost my baby son 50 years ago my Mum and I used to stitch velvet hearts and give them to others who were grieving. I called them Carey hearts. Your video has inspired me to start them up again by making some larger wet felted ones, so thank you so very much!

What are you using for the template? I know its a piece of plastic, but clearly it is a flexible piece - so, just a heavy plastic bag? or? Thank you!

Exactly Jorie...each one of those tiny pieces has its own story and that is what I love, the remembering. I also love the clear cupboard! I just gave away a whole lot in my next workhop...so many little treasures to pass on.

My spinning and weaving group (Rockhampton) is doing a felting workshop soon and I've used your video so I don't go in with no idea. I'll have a little go at it before the workshop using your video as a guide. Thank you, it's an excellent presentation and I feel confident to go into this workshop with a little bit of prior knowledge.

Thank you for the video tutorial, you make it look easy. It was good to see the full process. It's a shame you don't have a microphone on you as I had to turn my volume way up to hear you properly which meant the ads suddenly blasted me. Also, it would be good if you zoomed in as your camera was too far away to see things clearly. I know you suggested we zoom in, but I don't know how to do that on my computer with youtube videos.

What material is the template?
@WendyBailyeTheFeltStudio9 ай бұрын
It is just a soft white foam plastic(like you get covering white goods-you can ask at a white goods store and they will probably have some out the back!-otherwise use bubblewrap)
