My wife worked at the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo and we got free tickets to this event. The evening starts with the rodeo and ends with the concert - truly an amazing event.

OMG I love this man and his music. Best ever and man does he know how to wear a pair of blue jeans.

Love this version as well. One of my favorites of his. The Chair is also awesome. I saw him in a small venue in Paris Texas with Rick Van Shelton in spring of 88 right before I graduated from SOSU in Durant, Oklahoma which is essentially 12 miles from the Texas border. He was so gracious that night and signed my Ropers. Wish I still had them. People danced to the front and side and you could get so close. His bus people were friendly. He signed my boots inside but I got a pic outside. Unfortunately a roommate stole that photo as well.
