This is single phase example, so there is no L3. Grd will have a connection point on the casing of transformer

I own a 1999 Toyota Tacoma, I have had the power steering fixed not too long ago- but just recently the sound of my Taco is like a roaring sound. Its easy to turn with no issues there, but why the sound? Thank you Bob!

Glad you enjoyed it, As far as the roaring, hard to tell with no more info and hands on. Could be just an exhaust leak and no connection to steering unless it only roars when you turn
