You forgot to mention. Make a mark with a framing quear 3 inches from the corners out and chalk line . To aline the coner post and 2.5 for the inside corners. Everything else you showed was good. Have you ever sided a full house. ?

Thank you for this video. There are 5/8 and 3/4 J channels available in Home Depot. Which J-channel I should use for siding installation? Also, what is the distance from the siding strip starter edge to the concrete foundation and when do I need to install the bottom J-channel?

Thank you for this video. May I ask what nails I should use for the siding installation on the 1/2-inch ODSB wall? The siding nails in Home Depot are 2-1/2 and 2 1/4 inches loos too long for me. Also how far the window or the door must stick out from the wall? And may I ask you how much the window has to stick out of the ODSB board to allow proper matching with the J-channel?

"if the span is more than 16 inches" I never understood why they don't make 16" wide soffit panels. It is very annoying for contractors to only have a 12" option. 16" is the standard spacing, so why don't they make 16" panels?

why do you nail the utility piece into the corner piece? wont the stop it from moving up and down for expansion? shouldnt you line up the slots? I'm pretty sure you're wrong about the utility trim at the top of the wall. that would be impossible
