Davon hab ich zwischen Frühling und Herbst 20 Akkus mit je 14Ah gebastelt. 280Ah bzw 3500Wh. Gespeist mit 180W Solarpanel und hat nen 400W sinus Wechselrichter bekommen. Noch just for fun. Bisher nur die Weihnachsbeleuchtung dran angeschlossen

The capacity of laptop batteries varies, depending on the manufacturer and model. You can check the label of each cell, or you can use lithium batteries tester to check the capacity and the current of each cell

Depending on the amps of each cell, in this project, we have 7 cells in parallel and then 3 sets in series. Asumming all cells have the same current in this case You shall multiply the amps of one cell by 7 to get the total amps. Depending also on the BMS internal board If each cell can provide 3000 mAh 3000×7=21000mAh= 21Ah

Nice idea, but you are showing some really bad practice when drilling. At some time you are ging to put that drill bit through your hand. Clamp and drill down into something solid.

Your video is super cool, I've always wanted to make plates like this, could you send me the project of your CNC laser or make a video of how you assembled it, the software you use and the program to convert the drawing into gcode?

Thank you, The program used for drawing the circuit is PCB Wizard and the program used to change the drawing to G-code and to control the CNC is Benbox Laser Engraver. A homemade CNC video is on the list of future projects, and I will make a detailed video later on.

Nice idea! Would have preferred having warnings with regards to the materials used. Some of those sheets contain materials which release quite nastiy fumes when laser cut

chlorine fumes from burning pvc film promptly destroy the laser lens, it becomes matte

Great idea, but be absolutely sure the self-adhesive sheet isn't made from PVC or other chlorine-containing polymer. Laser cutting PVC and similar materials will release chlorine gas (which is not good for you), and also gaseous hydrochloric acid (which is not good for either you or the cutter). Even with sufficient venting, these by-products can be harmful to you and your equipment.

Speed 80 , full power. It also depends on the thickness of the sticker laminating tape. it is better to try your setting on a small sample before starting your pcb. Maybe you need different settings. Best Regards
