Dr. Leila, I regret having to tell you that I think your voice, for some reason, is difficult for me to understand what you are saying. For some reason, I feel like I am struggling to comprehend the individual words as you speak them. I wonder if voice lessons could help you. Or maybe better recording equipment? Best wishes.

My son is in this he is 9 with pans… he’s doing amazing. Tics are almost nonexistent. I’m wondering if we stop giving it what would happen, also if leaving him in long long term what side effects…

Hello Michele, I speak constantly during pediatric adjustments because the parents all unanimously tell me that they love learning about the benefits of each aspect of the adjustment for their infants. And I am blessed with a soothing voice and the infants relax more during the adjustment.. I think it would be a pretty boring video if it was just silent during the entire thing, don't you think?

Are you saying that you had the Epley maneuver done on your ears?
@drleiladoolittle
@drleiladoolittle Жыл бұрын
The Epley maneuver can help reset and balance the vestibular system, a tiny little organ located inside the inner ear. But this is not the only vestibular therapies that I do on my patients. It is a combination of various stimulations and therapies that is unique to each individual case, to help balance the way the vestibular system is sending signals to the brain.

I'm watching this 4 years later and I'd keep producing videos like this. Don't mind people saying "none of these will work in real life". Not all attackers will be tall. I consider myself shorter than the average American and I noticed over the years that the most aggressive men that I encounter or those who see a 'problem' with something when there's nothing are shorter men (and that surprises me because like I said, I consider myself short) whether on foot or behind the wheel. I don't know any other video where it addresses where the defender is a taller woman over a shorter man. For both women and men, train and practice as though you're going up against French kick-boxer Jo Prestia (who played the role of "Le Tenia" in the film Irréversible in 2002). Thank you, Dr. Doolittle! Keep going! ❤

So what's the treatment
@drleiladoolittle
@drleiladoolittle Жыл бұрын
It is a combination of various stimulations and therapies that is unique to each individual case, to help balance the way the vestibular system is sending signals to the brain. Each patient is unique in the way that their vestibular systems present with imbalances, and the treatments change based on what that particular case needs. I would be happy to visit with you on a complimentary phone consult about what techniques I use if you would be interested to learn more. Please give me a call at 469-759-9457 to schedule this.

Hello Nazli, it is very important for you to see a doctor for a full neurological exam and potentially a brain MRI. It could be many different things and we want to rule out any concerning diagnoses first. Once you are cleared, there are many functional neurology exercises that can help activate your proprioception and vestibular neural pathways.

Hello Dennis, I am sorry that you feel that way. I love what I do and I feel like I am bringing a lot of love and light to this world. You can have your opinions and I respect that. I am thankful that it is only Your Opinion. You choose to have whatever outlook you want to have on the world around you. I am thankfully living a beautiful life and I am loving the way I work with precious babies and children. I wish you could see the beauty in that. It must be lonely to have such a hateful outlook on other people's lives. My suggestion, worry more about your own life and if you don't like my videos that I am inspired to share, move on to another channel. Sending love and light your way. Blessings to you in your life Dennis.
