Very cool .we are new the Pittsburgh area .I am astounded by how many short lines are in this state. The house I bought is in white oak so I can watch The Us steal switchers in 5 minutes .

Good thing you got 3053 before its recent horn change, it got damaged by a tree at night. It now has a former Conrail RS3L.

I mean, 2 gp38s is the equivalent of an sd40, but some horsepower and tractive effort are left over, so it's not a completely impossible thing

Wow! Love this video!! Trains in the rain and snow are my favorites! That opening scene with the small stream and the low hanging branch towards the top of the screen….the sounds of the rain drops…..perfection! You just captured art in motion!

Opening shot is Bellefonte, PA (county seat of Centre County) at the old Match Factory. Lots of interesting things to see and do in Bellefonte between trains!

Moving pretty lively in the last clip at the bridge. I'd say every bit of 40 mph. Never realized the Wheeling had track speeds like that!

They have upgraded the majority of their main line track to 40 MPH welded rail over time. They certainly run a good system

I may have miscounted but I counted 119 cars, that's insane for 3 sd40-2 locos, im guessing they were empty. Pretty massive train.

Reading T1 2102 is another beautiful steam locomotive. I hope one day to see this steam locomotive along with Reading & Northern 425. I remember watching both of them in the three Lots and Lots of Trains films back when I was a child. I still watch them to this day now on KZbin. And they have some changes to how they were originally now.

Someone has the freight schedule posted in the "Friends of the Reading and Northern" Facebook group which was very helpful and I also had a scanner this time around. I went in December with just having the schedule to go off of and I was still very successful.
