Hi, I'm trying to learn manual shifting with clutct in simracings, but I don't understand how to switch gears during turns (the car fly way when i change gear). I know you can switch without clutch at high rpm, but i think that you can't do that with cars like mx-5 without breaking the transmission. your videos are helping me a lot, but where can i find some theory? I don't know what to search

Trying to understand your issue, so you are referring to braking and downshifting before a turn: Firstly, you must press the clutch to shift down or up Secondly, you need to brake first, as the speed start to reduce then only initiate the downshift If you can heel and toe, then you need not release the clutch slowly If you don't heel and toe, then you must release the clutch slower Try searching for downshift without heel and toe for you current issue If you want to see and learn heel and toe in more detail, refer to our video on How to Quick Upshift and heel & Toe

Do u have to come out of the clutch in order for it to register ? Or can u stay in and shift twice and the car will notice ?

Good question, yes the car initiates throttle blip as the clutch is being released, right when the gear stick enters into notch. You can press the clutch, visit 456 from 3rd then back to 2nd, release the clutch and it blips, however little revs it need at that delayed moment
