Based on my experience, it depends on the people traffic when you get there. It can be as fast as a few minutes to as long as a couple of hours. If I may suggest, give yourself ample time for it.

Good question. Our itinerary was arrive in Thailand spend a couple of days there then travel by bus to Cambodia, then from Cambodia, go back to Thailand. We bought our Thailand sim card upon arrival in Thailand airport & made sure to buy with enough load to cover our stay, even after coming from Cambodia

Bus ticket was around $40-50 USD. Please check with 12GO dot com for updated price & schedule. That's where we bought our tickets.

In Hong Kong, it is advisable to have the Octopus card. You can use it for payment for a lot of shops there but most importantly pay for transportation. Just make sure you have a sufficient amount in your card to pay for your trip. Please check out my 1st day video in HK to have info on where to purchase the Octopus card at the airport. Hope this helps.

Indeed! I hope they cud make adjustments on the portioning. That's why I recommend bringing cash during the Island Hopping so you can buy food at the last Island. You can also bring some snack items with you in case you get hungry.
