Lost 30 lbs in about a year. Gained a ton of muscle and endurance. No gear, no preworkout, no supplements. Blood pressure through the roof. Stage 2 hypertension. Fantastic

Thanks for sharing, huge respect cause it's really good exercise but please Don't say that they are doing useful stuff. U can say that bridges are just for professional athletes, not for beginners. You can do other exercises instead of bridges.

I was just talking about this with a guy the other day. I used to just use a lot of sodium chloride. But sodium bicarbonate not only enhances the pump but you get less lactic acid build up.

The ROIDER'S plan book: 1. HIDE the STEROID use. Don't ever bring up STEROIDS. LIE & DENY their use when asked. If that doesn't work, go to plan 2. 2. DOWNPLAY STEROIDS. Tell people STEROIDS doesn't do anything. If that doesn't work, go to plan 3. 3. COMPARE STEROIDS to other UNHEALTHY things like ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES, ETC... "Try" and JUSTIFY using STEROIDS. If that doesn't work, go to plan 4. 4. Call them names & CURSE at them. Even if you admit to using STEROIDS, you still have FAKE muscles and FAKE strength! Stay natural buddy!

"Hospital scenario": Doctor: With your situation I'm going to put you on steroids, if I don't, I'm not sure if you will make it. One catch, in order for the steroids to be effective, you will need to lift weights. Patient: How am suppose to lift weights? I'm laying in a hospital bed and unable to move. Doctor: Steroids will not work unless you lift weights. "Nice try" steroid users & steroid defenders! Steroids builds muscle without lifting weights! Your lying fantasy is being exposed more and more! Stay natural buddy!

Wouldn’t that mean less testosterone per day. It’s consistant but consistant of less doesn’t mean youre getting the full affect of the 250mg Wouldn’t that be like taking 35mg per day. With a decline rate similar to the peak rate? Wouldn’t that be like giving you less test to sustaine a consistant rate of less? Seem like you will never achieve the full potential of 250mg if the decline half life is faster than the peak. Sorry, I’m just trying to figure out the logic. I can definitely see the consistency part though ; however, my mind is trying to figure out if it’s better to get way less of the test and be consistant or get the maximum affect and go on a decline that can decline my half until the next injection

He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. If you’re in ketosis and supplement with magnesium, Berberine, Thiamine, vitamin D and K2, and put three grains of Celtic salt on your tongue every morning, you bio hack your body. I did a seven day water fast and then rolled it right into the above regimen and I only ate foods with a 15 or below glycemic index. My sugar level went from consistently being over 400 to 97. My blood pressure 117/80. And I’m steadily losing 2 to 2 1/2 pounds a day. It’s the magic cocktail way better than Ozempic did for me.

In the last 2 months I've paid £31 in national insurance contributions. In that time I've had 4 Prescriptions (10 different medications), I've spoken to a doctor, I've spoken to a pharmacist. How is the US healthcare better again? I'm just so baffled that socialised medicine isn't a thing everywhere

I’ve been doing the kettlebell off and on for some months now, usually when I’m not able to hit the gym. I’m 140 pound ,5 9” and I can currently swing 44 pound kettle bells for 25-30 reps a set. In order to build upon power, should I increase volume or should increase weight?

I'm usually low carbs and perfectly fine. During the last week I eliminated all carbs except a bit of veggies, let's day averagely no more than 30 gr of net carbs a day. I felt bad... Couldn't sleep as I woke up every hour to pee... Heartburn probably due to the excess of fats... So today as a second and last meal I had a savory croissant with butter and ham instead of only ham. I will see if tonight I can get some good quality sleep. Of course I am more defined and fit and apparently muscular but if I have heartburn and can't sleep in my opinion it means there is something wrong. And maybe low carb suits me better

This is common sense when you think about it. Your body is forced to use other systems in order to require the fuel needed to survive and perform. I always get pissed when people say they are doing this diet because it should be used as a tool to cleanse the body and ideally work yourself to homeostasis. Unfortunately most people are extremely overweight and eat like shit so of course you’ll see TREMENDOUS gains in the short term. If your doing like an sort of intense exercise, something like this just doesn’t make sense…

As my insurance plan keeps increasing my family integrated deductible. March it was 3200. April 8500. This month $30000 What a F^king scam! That's on top of having to meet the individual AND family deductibles as well. What's the point in having a Contract if Insurance is not going to honor the contract but continually change the rules like they are playing Monopoly?
