For pests First wash off with mild pressure water then spray vinegar : water 1:3 ratio 2 times in a week ..Observe the plant second week and based on the need you can spray accordingly. For caring I monitor the plant growth and provide the nutrients like tea waste water / 2 spoons of milk in one gallon water every 2 weeks and egg shells for all the plants. Did you try neem oil ? Which plant is effecting with these bugs?
