These Mizuno Pro S-3 and the Cobra King CB are probably the 2 best looking players CB irons I have ever seen, I am yet to hit the Mizuno's but the Cobra's are exceptional.

Love to see a review of the srixon zxi7’s ..compared to the Mizzys… I have mp59 and got fitted for the zx7 mark 2’s in Dec so waited for the zxi7’s but then Mizuno dropped these and the 925 forged. So I want to try them all.

I heard they are gonna stay for 3yrs before they bring out the next generation. I think they look great and probably awesome to hit the sweet spot. I'm just to old and not good enough anymore to even try them. I did have the mps back in the day and I loved them. That was about 15yrs ago, and even back then I was rounding that corner of to old (40ish).

I'd like to try a new taylormade, I love my sldr and bought the 1st model callaway rogue and I like my taylormade better, even down to the sound compared to the callaway but I just hit it much better

My current set of irons are from giga golf (which is a clone company I believe) from 2003 ish. I got them to help with ball striking and they are smaller than your typical irons. Not as small as that seven iron but very noticeably smaller than regular and now that I’m looking for new irons I actually hate the way the larger heads look 😆. I have no problem hitting my current set and wish I could find a set similar in head size to my current ones.

Spin is down, yes of course it is when you hook it ! How do you know where shots are on the face without actual data? Your results are absolutely irrelevant due to your shots being all over the place.spin was up on your first shot with the LS because you hit a slice and the face was open! You need to .get the 13gram weight out of the toe and put it in the heal to close that face! Bad review.

Great review and glad you tested more than just the Elyte model. Could you get the X with max forgiveness, at least per Callaway, but at weaker lofts to somewhat play like the HL’s? I think Callaway can custom 2 degrees weak or strong. I know each is designed differently for their purpose. Just curious for your take if you have a chance to. Never liked before, but now looking down at a bigger head does inspire confidence. That does not exactly sound right. 😳 Great site!

We don't even know that the idea actually matters that much, as seen with the Axis1 and how many he hit with "bad" numbers. Odyssey also released a toe up putter a decade + ago, and weird we didn't see the real OG, Edel putters in the mix? Either way, feels more gimmicky to me than anything.

FYI…that notch in the hosel is also weight that has been removed to redistribute it elsewhere in the head..not just for adjusting lie angle.. I have the retro ones on the way am looking forward to getting them.
