I was conned into buying the rig expert 500 and now 30 days later rig expert has not returned any inquiries for technical support on the ant2 software. I bought the brig expert explicitly to be able to connect it to my computer and use it and now it's just the goddamn paperweight because this company offers no support and virtually no documentation on the software. **** I absolutely must Wonder how much rig expert is paying these KZbinrs to push this product? The documentation and support is absolute s*** it's worse than the lowest Chinese manufactured device that you buy off of Amazon!! In fact I've gotten better manuals and better support from Chinese companies in China than I do from rig expert. Buyer beware these KZbinrs are being paid off or they're f****** stupid.

I've never bought a product a s***** as the rig expert 500 and the non-existent support if there's us support I don't know where the f*** you find it all you get is an email in the Ukraine which they refuse to answer. I had many many problems within 24 hours one of which crashed to computers and kept them from booting, I have managed to get one of them fixed and to boot but the third is going to end up in the trash can if rig expert will not support what their software did to my laptop. On top of all this KZbin seems to be trying to censor any type of bad review for anything on their platform. Censorship is the norm with the internet today and KZbin excels at it.

Us support my f****** ass all you can find when you buy a rig expert is Ukrainian support and they don't answer any of their emails. Within 24 hours of receiving a rig expert 500 I had four or five serious problems with it the least of which was that they're software trashed one of my laptops and is prevented it from booting. I know that this is absolutely a fact because it did this to another laptop also immediately after trying to put their software on it but I managed to get that one fixed. I have at least one laptop that's going in the garbage because of these clowns!

I just received a rig expert 500 yesterday and have an ungodly number of problems with it and no way to really contact anyone for help except an email in ukraine. When you finally locate the manual it's in a font size smaller than anything I've ever seen in my life when you print it out, the software doesn't work on any of the three computers that I have and it screwed up the booting on two of them. When you change velocity factor in the settings it's not reflected when you go to take the measurement. The manual does not include any instructions on the functions on the second screen. To top it all off there's really no f****** help at all from the rig expert company for any of these problems they sell it to you and then tell you to go to hell. You find no reference to USA location for rig expert any f****** where in the material that they send you! You guys are doing a piss poor job because when I received mine it doesn't work correctly and there's no f****** help out of the ukraine!

I'm looking hard for tutorial videos on this analyzer that I can hear good enough to understand. Lots of video makers stand too far from their microphone. The ads connected to this tutorial are easy to hear. The one talking, not so much. Sorry. I have to keep looking.

Anyone have to remove batteries after plugging in USB cable because it wouldn't turn on ! Also sometimes will not turn off using button and have to wait for it to turn off by itself ??? AA230 zoon. Does it need update or servicing? Thanks 🙏

The only critique I have is that I couldn't see what buttons you were pressing (off-screen). That made trying to follow along frustrating. But thanks for showing me the features!

I bought one after watching quite a few videos, and nobody mentioned its main shortcoming... NO FREQUENCY COUNTER! I bought it to reduce my kit since it is smaller than my MFJ 269D, but guess what, I still have to take the MFJ 269D with me for the frequency counter feature. Also, the Bluetooth is VERY short range, like one car length, and drops out easily, so the stick pro has become the backup at home in a drawer to the 269D.

Mike .....Very informative however Iam still missing some info which you skipped over ... even in the software presentation....... Do know what the Phase measurement on Data relates to in respects to antenna measurement or even an explanation on it function? Does it relate to the feedline phase at the Load or does it relate to the Load phase related to Lambda ( 360deg) or what ??? I truely wasn't aware that "NO " real technical support exist for this product and the booklet does mention it at all

Definitely one of the best videos explaining the features of the Rig Expert Analyzers. I just purchased the AA-55 and hopefully it arrives today.

Where can I get a printed or at least a downloadable file to show this information? The manual that comes with the Pro and the downloadable file is just not enough detail as this video. It’s a great instrument but my old brain needs more words or better explanation as to how to use the many wonderful features available. THanks for the video. Can these be used as a watt meter essentailly? I mean, can I calculate how much energy is being sent to the antenna (by disconnecting the antenna) and getting a reading on the cable just by itself?

Rig Expert AA-55 ZOOM Could you direct my inquiry. And forgive my non-techy question. My dad installed a whip antenna on his roof about 6 foot on a about also 6 foot pole in a 3 foot grounded tripod with LMR 400 coax cable. He cannot get the meter to read below 4 on the roof and 3.1 at ground level stuck in ground. Any help sure would be appreciated.

Can you control the analyzer and transfer the data to a computer or smart phone in real time? I am interested in producing impedance and SWR charts for frequencies across the band, and for several antennas. The size of the unit is great, but it means the graphs/interface are meh.
