I am doing a similar 70 build. What inter cooler you running? My donor trucks is far to large and ill be running around 50 psi boost.

well you have to get a diesel gas tank get all new fuel lines for diesel fuel you have to get overload suspension or Heavy Duty Suspension because of the weight of the diesel engine would make the front end drag the ground

alot of guys with chevelles do this and i thinks its bad ass , iam a ford fan and i really wanna do this to my fast back with a 6.4 powerstroke and i know there is a guy tgat put a 6.4 in his vette but iam curious how hard is it to convert it ?

So a stock lb7 can run you anywhere from 2500-5000 depending on the condition and miles. A stock motor can put out about 600 hp and 1k ft lbs of torque. With 4klbs it can run a low 11 @ 118. From there the sky is the limit on upgrades a cost.

I was looking at doing the same..but the Chevelle is a 1970 4 door in mint condition for 4 grand...cant pass up a deal like that even if it is 4 doors..and was on the front of either a LSX or a duramax..how much did it cost in all with the Duramax and how much HP and qt mile times?

dude since i've watched these videos..i've decided to do the same sort of project but in a camaro. probably around the same year. if you dont mind me asking how much did it take to get the car driving? i'm looking to do it on a budget too
