I wish Toontrack would go ahead and make guitars, it's the last thing they need to make.

Thanks for showcasing the newest version! May I ask how applicable the plugin sound really is in music - it sounds cool alone, but what about in context?

@5:55 ‘brass’ sounds like an accordion, ppl waiting since 2017 for this?

For analogue nerds, they like anything that isn't digital.
@ElectricHimalaya2 ай бұрын
That sounds nothing like an accordion. It sounds very much like a classic synth brass patch would. A sound that the Oberheim OB-8/X is known for, so it's only to be expected to see it demonstrated on a synth that is based on the Oberheim topology.

This sounds awesome! Are you mixing every channel, or just the stero bus? I need to achieve this sound, it's exactly what I've been looking for 😁

@@jacobbrashears I've been collecting synths since the 80s and in the last few decades no synth has convinced me as much as this one. I'm referring to the sheer sound coupled with this awesome control options and design. It sounds like it looks: cardinal.

@@Analoque444 Now I'm replying to your edited comment. YES! i'm so happy when people appreciate what we're trying to do. Sound = tone + interaction. So the interface is extremely important, and I'm very proud of what we've developed. Seeing people who recognize the value of the interface, is the best feeling in the world.
@Analoque4448 ай бұрын
@@jacobbrashears The joy is justified. Absolutely, absolutely sure. Especially that you can be proud of it. I had the feeling that the manufacturers were somehow stuck. We see so many new synths that are similar to the old ones. We already know these sounds, controls etc & I have to admit, most synths just sound thin compared to their real ancestors. It's great that you took this step and gave the world an unforgettable instrument. For me you are already a legend. One more thing about your presentation. You can see in your expressions that “something” that the synth also reflects. You live it and that's why I wholeheartedly wish you success on your path & many, many fun to all your customers.
