Hird was only banned for a year??? should never have been allowed at top level again... plenty of others who wouldn't take supplements that could do the job... makes a person wonder what he, and the club, was doing in earlier seasons as a player.

This 1 incident turned me off AFL football forever I never looked at a game for over 12 months. A sport I loved.. I will always HATE WITH A PASSION the Essendon fc Hird Thompson Dank .. I now still watch but only occasionally I've never got back into it properly.. Essendon fc disgrace pathetic act of cheating James Hird 👎 Mark Thompson 👎 Stephen Dank 👎 And let us also never forget Mark bomber Thompson and Stephen Dank Come from the Geelong fc .. And let me also say, many Geelong people stood up for Essendon Hird, Thompson, Dank .. I wonder Why Sam Newman especially well obviously people.. I smell a rat 🐀 Every sporting club Dank went through their was sport enhancing drugs used it was all over the TV 🖥news in news papers and it wasn't a secret proven FACTS Dank also NRL Shark's .. my opinion Geelong got away with it simple

Got no problem with the Essendon players or Dean Robinson but Hird the Turd is a fuckin low life dumb arse piece of shit. No sane sensible person in sport would encourage injecting supplements instead of taking them orally. Essendon administration stuffed up, should have appointed Mark Thompson as senior coach, he would never have allowed something so ridiculous and morally wrong to occur.

It's a dumb antagonising question that only the greenest of rookies or a sheer idiot would ask. If you couldn't anticipate a response like that you absolutely should not be interviewing.
