I feel really miserable for liking that game. I spent so much time on it and I realistically think I'll keep going until its end. I saw many truths that hurt a lot because it reminded me of my pathetic situation: "husbando waifu bait", "for weebs, "genshit" etc... Rationally, I shouldn't have let myself get so attached to the characters. Ig my weakness is that it's the first game that seemed well produced that I played in a while (maybe ten years) so I got really excited. I am genuinely sad to have entertained such enthusiasm for a game that won't likely be improved the way it deserves to be. I feel hopeless, I don't know what's true and what's not. I want to cry so bad but genshin impact doesn't deserve my tears. If I cry, it's because I'm genuinely lacking as a human...

This game feels more than a chore to grab some certain things to level up your character is annoying as hell, I find the actual RPG game like FF7 very easy in level up characters.

Play it for the first time for more than 2 hour until to realised how exhausting to run in the entire gameplay lol. Grinding system is garbage.

I quit playing about two months ago. Quite a few recent storylines have been lackluster imo. It’s also much too time consuming the effort you must put in to gather Primogens. It’s ultimately not really a f2p friendly either.😢

It had potential. There are so many **ways** to have many characters other than Gacha. And if it didnt tell you exactly where the next piece of story is it would be a lot more fun. And it relies on builds and teams to be good at the game, not skill. The only "skill" is button mashing and luck
