But I doubt we're getting a epic fight, it showed that ever since the berserker armor was introduced, even if Guts found a lopphole through magic everyone would probably die in the process of Guts chasing revenge even if he ensures that they are safe, maybe in elfhelm. But what I want to know is that is elfhelm really safe for them to live forever? They're still branded. What if they come back? Maybe they are safe in elfhelm for good and Guts doesn't have to go through hell again and possibly lose everything all over again.

OP is a shounen its for boys of course but if you remove the funny stuff and the image of the series you have a anime that has a mature content based on our world history(all happening at the same time) and where the side-characters have a important role in the world story just like in berserk rickert and griffith are making their moves while we see whats happening with guts (in OP we see the strawhats but the rest of the world have their own agenda but like berserk all that is important for the progress of the world)

its true but i said that the older audience can spot the things that i said and like the series thats why OP is god in japan and thats why its the only anime with a guinness world record for the most selling manga ever and thats why 90%of the population in japan watch OP the same population that praise Berserk for years not recently and its thanks to series like OP that people start to read Berserk (im not saying that one is better than other but they help each other) And in OP the guys arent big and muscular they are thin or fat theres a few that are big muscular men Berserk got more of that type of characters but the fights and the physical appearence arent the main point of the anime

assman4319 The animation totally matters its about quality and a lot of people stopped watching because animation looks horrible and frankly an insult to Miura's artwork. They follow most of the story but cutting out the black swordsman arc and lost children arc has made Guts' character development feel rushed and not as impacting. Zodd and Guts dont really need to be related but i hope Zodd one day chooses to fight alongside Guts and Skull Knight against the GodHand. Zodds still the most intriguing demon around

No this is from the millenium falcon arc.

He tried in volume 3, but Femto was too strong. He had another chance in volume 21, but Zodd protected him. I'm pretty sure he'll get him eventually though.
